Excipients: lactose, corn starch, stearic acid, stearin, povidone, sodium karboksimetilkrahmal, sucrose, talc, polyvinyl acetate, sodium karmelloza, white wax, carnauba wax, titanium dioxide (E171), patent blue dye (E131), quinoline dye ( E104).
Clinico-pharmacological group: venotonic drug.
Pharmacological action
Combined preparation has antihydropic, venotonic, arteriodilatiruyuschee action. Digidroergokristin extends arterioles (alpha-adrenoceptor blocking), increases venous tone (a direct effect on smooth muscle). Esculin and rutozid reduce the increased permeability and fragility of the capillaries; promote regression of disorders of venous circulation and microcirculation. Esculin also provides antiexudative action.
