Rectal 1 suppository 1-2 maximum daily dose - 7 suppository.
Side effect
Allergic reactions, burning sensation in the anus, dry mouth, constipation, relief chair, palpitations, dilated pupils, transient visual disturbances (paresis of accommodation), headache, dizziness, sleep disturbance, drowsiness.
