Pharmacological action

Combined multivitamin preparations, the effect of which is due to the effects of its constituent components.

Retinol acetate (vitamin A) is involved in the formation of visual pigments ensures the integrity of epithelial tissues, regulates bone growth.

Kolekaltsiferol (vitamin D3) regulates the exchange of calcium and phosphorus in the body. α-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) have antioxidant properties and protects unsaturated fatty acids in the membranes from lipid peroxidation, participates in the formation of intercellular substance, collagen and elastic fibers.

Calcium ascorbate (vitamin C) plays an important role in the regulation of redox processes, provides the synthesis of collagen, participates in the metabolism of folic acid and iron, as well as in the synthesis of steroid hormones and catecholamines. Calcium ascorbate biochemically the same effect as ascorbic acid, but not irritating to, which makes it possible to use the drug in patients with diseases of the digestive tract.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) as a coenzyme involved in the metabolism of amino acids and proteins in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) as a coenzyme involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system. Nicotinamide (vitamin PP) is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.

Daily dose of nicotinamide (in contrast to nicotinic acid, which promotes the release of histamine from mast cells), virtually no causing vasomotor reactions. Allergic reactions are excluded.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), together with folic acid is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, involved in the formation of red blood cells and nerve cell membranes, essential for the growth of the organism.

Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2) is a catalyst for cellular respiration and visual perception; plays an important role in the formation of DNA, supports the processes of regeneration of tissues (including skin cells). Calcium pantothenate as part of coenzyme A plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation, contributes to building and regeneration of the epithelium and endothelium.

Folic acid is involved in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids;
necessary for normal erythropoiesis. Biotin (vitamin H) plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids.

Pharmacokinetics

The action of the drug Alvito is the combined effect of its components, so the holding of the kinetic observations is not possible, all components together can not be traced with the help of markers or bioissledovany.
