Release form, composition and packing

Syrup 10 ml of salbutamol (in the form of sulfate) 2 mg Bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg gvayfenezin 100 mg Menthol 1 mg. Other ingredients: flavors, sucrose, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, glycerol, propylene glycol, dye Sunset Yellow, purified water.

Clinico-pharmacological group: preparation with mucolytic, expectorant and bronchodilator effect.

Pharmacological action

Combined medication with a bronchodilator and expectorant. Salbutamol - a selective β2-adrenoceptor agonist, has a bronchodilator effect, relieves bronchospasm.

Bromhexine has mucolytic action. Reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions due to depolarization of acidic polysaccharides and stimulation of secretory cells of mucous membranes of the bronchi.

Gvayfenezin reduces surface tension and adhesion properties of sputum, promotes its expectoration.

Menthol has antispasmodic effect, gently stimulates the secretion of bronchial glands, has antiseptic properties and restores the function of ciliated epithelium of bronchial mucosa.
