D-PANTHENOL

Pharmacological action

The drug, which improves tissue regeneration, for external use. Panthenol - a derivative of pantothenic acid, which is water-soluble B vitamins, necessary as part of coenzyme A for the carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. Plays an important role in the acetylation in gluconeogenesis, the release of energy from carbohydrates, the synthesis and cleavage of fatty acids, the synthesis of sterols and steroid hormones, acetylcholine.

Pantothenic acid is essential for maintaining normal function of the epithelium, increasing the need for it there is damaged skin or tissue, in this case, a local deficiency of pantothenic acid can make use of local ointments D-Panthenol.

It stimulates the regeneration of the skin, normalizes cellular metabolism, increases the strength of collagen fibers.

Effect of recycling, a weak anti-inflammatory, nourishes and softens the skin.

Pharmacokinetics

Low molecular weight dexpanthenol, hydrophilicity and low polarity makes it possible penetration of active substances in all layers of the skin.

Statement

Dosage regimen
